Using a soft tape measure will give you the most accurate measurements.
Pro Tip: You’ll get more accurate measurements if you have someone helping you.
Waist: Measure your waist (labeled above) at the narrowest point. This is typically right above your hip bones & below your belly button.
Inseam: While standing, measure the inside of your leg – from your crotch to just below your ankle bone (or where you’d want the hem to fall).
Chest: Measure your chest at the widest point. This is typically right across your nipples.
Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of your neck, across your shoulder and down the outside of your arm, to just below your wrist.

Instead of the ole baffle design that welcomes the cold in, we use large synthetic panels with minimal stitching to reduce cold spots & maximize your warmth. DWR stands for Durable Water Repellency. DWR is a coating applied to fabrics to make them water-resistant (hydrophobic). It causes water to bead up and roll off the surface of the material, rather than soaking into the fabric. We use PFAS free DWR in the Daily Driver Puffy.
The Daily Driver Puffy Jacket has 8 total pockets (six of them are zippered). Two micro-fleece lined pockets on the waist, two exterior chest pockets, two interior chest pockets (under the insulation - for body heat), and two interior stow & go pockets.
The Daily Driver Puffy (L) weighs 15oz and packs down to a roll 10" long and 15" in circumference. (A smidge larger than a standard nalgene)
With apparel we don't assign temperature ratings as it is very subjective to the person/activity/type of layering/etc. We used a 60gsm weight of Primaloft Gold Insulation which is a middle weight and provides a very good warmth to weight ratio.
Secure all closures before laundering. Machines wash cold gentle cycle. Do not soak. Wash separately or with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
