Shipping is calculated during the checkout process before payment. All orders ship from Tennessee. Most orders will ship out same day, orders that don't ship same day will ship out next day. We like our staff to have a good work life balance so we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Standard US Shipping
We ship via UPS or USPS. At checkout you can select the service you wish to use. Not all services are available for all addresses. Delivery times at checkout are pulled from the carrier and may not be accurate. USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground 4-10 business days. Free shipping options will generally be shipped with one of these services.
Expedited Shipping times
You can select expedited options at checkout. Not all services are available for all addresses. Expedited orders need to be placed before 11am to make sure they go out same day or there is a chance they will go out the next business day. Below is estimated shipping times from carriers.
USPS Priority shipping - 2-3 business days.
UPS 3 Day select - 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days. Shipments can be expected to deliver 2 business days after the ship date.
UPS Next Day Air saver - Next Day Orders need to be placed before 11:00AM EST to make sure they go out the same day. Shipments can be expected to deliver 1 business day after the ship date.
Carrier delays can extend this timeframe - if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via USPS and can go through our standard checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping can be selected at checkout. International shipments will go via DHL or DHL express depending what you select.
All duties and taxes are added at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
