We offer Hassle free Returns & Exchanges for US orders on your online purchase. Did you accidentally order the wrong size or color? No problem! Send 'em back and we'll get you set up in the right pair ASAP!

Returns & Exchanges Instructions

  1. Email us at info@terendesigns.com, for a free return label
  2. Package the item(s), including the original product packaging and tags. (Pro Tip: You can reuse the package your order came in by taping it back up and covering any previous shipping labels) and stick that new label to the box.
  3. Mail back to us.
  4. Receive return or exchange once we receive the item back.

Returns & Exchanges Requirements

  • Item(s) must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags & packaging). TEREN reserves the right to not return items based on their condition.
  • Item(s) must be purchased within the past 60 days.
  • All online orders will be refunded to the original payment type upon receipt of returned item.
  • There is a $5 restocking fee for refunds to the original payment method and the cost of shipping is not refunded; however, we will provide a free return label. 
  • You can opt for a refund via store credit to avoid the $5 restocking fee
  • TEREN’s satisfaction guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • If you would like to return/exchange the item(s), please list which items you’d like to return & the reason.

Exchange items may go out of stock, if this happens your options are to exchange for a different item, refund for store credit or refund to original form of payment.

International Returns & Exchanges: Same process as above, but you are responsible for all shipping costs.
