Lifetime Guarantee

We offer a Limited Lifetime Guarantee to the original owner on the workmanship of the product.  Defects of the workmanship may include unraveling seams, stitching failure, seam tape de-lamination, or zipper malfunction.  The limited lifetime guarantee refers to the expected practical lifetime of the product through average wear and tear during normal use, not the lifetime of a human being.

Improper care or use will not be covered under the limited lifetime guarantee.  Examples of damages not covered may include, user generated damage, such as prolonged exposure to heat or cuts from sharp objects, excessive abrasion and tears, items that have been hemmed, tailored or altered, and items that have outlived their practical lifetime.

Each warranty claim must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.  Customers will receive credit for the value of the product under warranty. TEREN reserves the final decision on all warranty claims. Exceptions can be made if said damaged item comes with an epic story of their demise!

We offer Free Returns & Exchanges for US orders on your online purchase. Did you accidentally order the wrong size or color? No problem! Send 'em back and we'll get you set up in the right pair ASAP!

Returns & Exchanges Requirements

  • Item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags & packaging).
  • Items must be purchased within the past 90 days.
  • All online orders will be refunded to the original payment type upon receipt of returned item.
    (Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
  • TEREN DESIGN’s satisfaction guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • If you would like to return/exchange the item(s), please list which items you’d like to return & the reason.
  • Please note that our items may go out of stock quickly and exchanges are only available for in-stock items. As a result, we may not be able to make all requested exchanges. If this is the case you will be able to choose one of our two refund options –
    • Exchange for a different item of the same value
    • Online Store Credit
    • A refund to the original form of payment

Returns & Exchanges Instructions

We offer free returns & exchanges in the US.

  1. Email us at, including your name, order #, address, email, phone number and a brief description of why you’re returning/exchanging the item(s), as well as your desired replacement item(s).
  2. Package the item(s), including the original product packaging and tags. (Pro Tip: You can reuse the package your order came in by taping it back up and covering any previous shipping labels)
  3. Print out and attach the shipping label we provide.
  4. Send your package to us, using the carrier on the label provided.

International Returns & Exchanges: Same process as above, but you are responsible for all shipping costs.
